- Customers may be asked to ship the item back to our return facility.
- A return shipping label may be provided in eligible cases.
- The product must be securely packaged to avoid further damage in transit.

5. Refund Methods
Depending on the payment method used at the time of purchase, refunds will be issued as follows:

- After Shipment: If the product has already been shipped, the order cannot be canceled. Customers must follow the standard return process upon receiving the product.
8. Refund Processing Time
While FashionFeet initiates refunds quickly, the actual time for funds to reflect in your account depends on your bank or payment provider. Generally:
- Credit/Debit Card Refunds: 7–10 business days
- Bank Transfers: 5–7 business days
- Wallet Refunds: 2–3 business days
- Store Credits: Instant, once approved
9. International Orders
For international customers:
- Refunds are available under the same terms, but return shipping charges must generally be borne by the customer (unless the error is from FashionFeet’s side).
- Customs duties, import taxes, and shipping fees are non-refundable.
10. Exchange Option
In many cases, customers may prefer an exchange instead of a refund. FashionFeet offers the following exchange policy:
- Exchanges can be made for a different size, color, or style of equal or lesser value.
- If the replacement product is of higher value, the customer will need to pay the price difference.
- Exchanges follow the same approval, return, and inspection process as refunds.
